Crypto licensing · 12 jurisdictions

The licence you were sold last year no longer exists.

MiCA replaced the national crypto regimes of Estonia, Malta and Lithuania. In the UK the FCA has accepted FSMA authorisation applications since 30 September 2026; the window closes on 28 February 2027. We work only with regimes that are open today — and we put that in writing before you pay anything.

Why Blocons

We take the licence file and see it through

Turnkey, no hassle for your team

We take the whole file: structure, AML/CFT policies, filings and regulator questions. You make decisions and sign; we do the rest and contact you only when it matters.

We take on regulators and banks

Information requests, remarks, bank refusals, delays: we respond, revise, resubmit or appeal at no extra charge until the matter is closed.

We see it through

Your file will not get lost on the way: the same people stay on it even when the review takes months. Where local law requires a licensed local adviser, we bring in a partner and remain accountable to you.

A senior specialist on every file

An experienced specialist leads your project personally, backed by the group's 14 years in corporate law across 50+ countries, so we get right the first time what takes some firms three attempts. Non-standard models are our field: where others say it cannot be done, we look for a lawful route.

Straight talk about open regimes

Every regime we propose accepts applications today, and we tell you which of them fit your model. If your model needs no licence or a simpler structure, we say so, even when it means less work for us.

Your project stays yours

Information about founders, beneficial owners, wallets and deals reaches neither competitors nor third parties. We disclose only what the law or the procedure requires, and the contract says so.

Licensing without extra hassle for your team
